How often will you clean my windows?
We offer regular visits every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. Because of the weather we ask for a little flexibility of about a week either side of your due date.
Do I need to be at home?
No. As long as we can get access to your property (for example, side gates unlocked) and your windows and doors are closed, we can clean while you're out.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain or short showers don't affect the results with pure-water cleaning, so we still work. If rain is heavy and constant we won't clean, and your clean carries over to the next working day.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're fully insured, including public liability cover.
Do you clean the frames and sills?
Yes. All framework and sills are cleaned as part of every window and conservatory clean.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
That's covered by our free re-clean guarantee: let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back the next working day to re-clean for free.
How do I pay?
